Wine Description: Skin contact gives this wine its orange hue. Aromas of Spring blossoms lead to a delicate mouthful of quince, white plum and spiced clementines.
Food Match: Grilled fish and lightly flavoured dishes.
Winery Information: Founded in 1994 after the break up of the USSR, 40Km south of the capital Chisinau. The Sirbu family have invested heavily in their 500 hectare estate with a state of the art winery. Their vineyards surrounding the village of Puhoi are nestled in the rolling hills which benefit from the warm summers.
